Thyme Infused Red Wine Reduction
Aged in oak barrels for eight years, this is one special red wine reduction. Use as a basting when grilling your meat or chicken, or use as a dressing for your salads, fresh fruit, fish or potato salad. This reduction is for the chef at heart, who loves to experiment
